RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason we will gladly provide an exchange or refund within five days of receipt. Your watch must be in new condition, not having been worn or altered in any way, in its original packaging with all pieces intact. In order to initiate a return or exchange, please email info@stellawatch.com with "RETURN" in the subject title with a brief explanation of your return.  We will then issue a return authorization form that must be filled out and returned with your watch. Upon receipt and inspection of your merchandise, we will issue a credit, refund or exchange. Stella Watch Company reserves the right to charge a 10% restocking and handling fee and any additional shipping, duty, or customs fees. We highly recommend returning your watch via UPS or Fed-Ex with a tracking number and insurance as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged goods.

PREORDERS

Preorders are charged in full at the time of the transaction and ship dates are firm although not 100% guaranteed.  We are highly experienced watch industry professionals and work very closely with our long term manufacturers. Once in awhile, there may be disruptions to our supply chain that are out of our, or our manufacturer's control, such as the current world epidemic.  If goods are expected to be delayed, we will notify you immediately and keep you updated along the way. We understand if delays may alter your decision to make a purchase and if this happens, please contact us and we will be happy to give you a full refund before your item ships.

SHIPPING

We ship all domestic watch orders via UPS ground free of charge.  If you need your watch sooner, please contact us and we can upgrade your shipping for a fee (to be determined based on location).  International orders will be shipped via UPS Worldwide Expedited free of charge, excluding additional Duty and VAT, on orders over US$200. Please note you may be charged additional tariffs and fees depending on your location and Stella Watch Company is not responsible for these fees. Please check to see if your country is available for shipping.  If it is not, please contact us and we will do our best to ship to you.

PAYMENT

We accept most major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB and Maestro. We also accept PayPal. Sales Tax will be collected for all orders shipped within New York State. 

Stella Watch Company reserves the right to request further information for credit card processing.

Stella Watch Company reserves the right to refuse any order deemed suspect.

WARRANTY

Stella watches carry a two-year warranty from the original date of purchase. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. It is highly recommended that you have your watch serviced by a reputable and experienced service center every few years to keep it functioning at its maximum capacity. Excluded from warranty coverage is any damage to the band, crystal, or any other part of the timepiece not expressly warrantied herein, as well as damage caused by abnormal or unreasonable use. if your purchase included a custom-engineered caseback tool, it is recommended you bring this tool to a reputable and experienced service center if servicing is required. improper opening of the caseback can damage your watch and will render this warranty null and void.
